The Graduate Institute of Business Administration started in 2004. Its mission is to provide accessible, high-quality instruction and technical experiences for its students, so that upon graduating they can meet Taiwan’s urgent need for quality personnel in upper-level management positions.

Characteristics
The instruction and research of this department concentrates on international business, marketing, human resources, finance, technology, and project and enterprise management. The department has six educational characteristics:
*To prepare upper-level business administrators and project managers.
*To enhance students’ academic qualifications and practical training.
*To promote research in the field of business administration.
*To emphasize the integration of the fields of business administration and project management.
*To assist students in obtaining PMP or CPMP license.
*To provide research assistantships and extramural fellowships for excellent.
